The following is the latest news and information from Sorensen Technologies:
- 2008-02-28 Version 1.6.1 of Footy Works is released. Footy Works is no longer offically supported, but is now automatically registered.
- 2007-09-01 Version 1.6.0 of Footy Works is released. 5 Editions, major upgrade to Search screen capabilities.
- 2007-05-15 Demonstration download updated to version 1.5.4 release - the previous demonstration install file was not working properly.
- 2007-05-01 'footyworks.com' now points to the 'www.sorensen.com.au/footyworks.html' page.
- 2007-04-25 New web host - apologies for the break in transmission. Unfortunately it was unavoidable.
- 2007-04-12 New web host coming soon.
- 2007-01-18 New-Look Web Site.
- 2005-04-29 Footy Works is featured on Radio SEN in Melbourne and also had a regular weekly spot on Friday afternoon's for 10 weeks.
- 2005-03-31 Version 1.4.2 of Footy Works is released. Search Results Statistics.
2004-11-04 Version 1.4.0 of Footy Works is released. Search and Navigation History enhancements added, some more bugs fixed.
2004-04-02 Version 1.3.2 of Footy Works is released. 'Player Career Season Summary' added, some more bugs fixed.
2004-02-23 Footy Works is presented to the Australian Football Heritage Group.
2003-11-05 Version 1.3.1 of Footy Works is released. 'Player Statistics by Season' added, some more bugs fixed.
2003-09-20 Version 1.3.0 of Footy Works is released. 'Bookmarks' and some new statistics added.
2003-04-29 Champion Data (Official supplier of statistics to the AFL) becomes a Footy Works user!
2003-03-25 Swinburne University School of Mathematical Sciences becomes a Footy Works user.
2003-03-11 The Herald-Sun becomes a Footy Works user.
2003-02-11 GTV Channel 9 becomes a Footy Works user.
2003-02-06 Fox Footy (Foxtel) becomes a Footy Works user.
2003-01-15 Col Hutchinson, the AFL Statistician, is now a Footy Works user.
2003-01-11 A new Web Site and service provider. Player Statistics development has begun, and the first rollout of Footy Works with (basic) Player Statistics is expected by the end of March 2003.
2002-08-27 Footy Works is released to the general public, Version 1.0.22.
